9.1. White Label subscribers may resell our services under their own branding.
9.2. White Label subscribers are responsible for their own customers and must ensure compliance with these Terms.
9.3. We reserve the right to terminate White Label accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful practices.
10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
10.1. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10.2. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
10.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
10.4. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
